CHILL AT THE PARTY

CHILL AT THE PARTY

This is what I put in my bag every time I’m about to leave the house into the unknown - a party full of new people, out into the streets of a protest or when I’m sleeping in a new place and help settling my thoughts.

Let’s Chat!

I am here to be your cheerleader in showing up for your body and the world around you. Learn about my approach to herbalism here

I offer a free intro chat so you can get to know me and we can discuss if I’m the right fit for your goals.

Do you have a defined goal in mind (eg insomnia, or smoking cessation) and want to discuss how herbs could work for you? I offer a 30 minute consultation and $50 credit towards herbs for $80

If you want to do deeper work where we can address long standing patterns, complicated conditions, or prepare you for surgery, I recommend a 90 minute session. You will receive a comprehensive written protocol with personalized nutritional, physical practice and herbal recommendations. We will go over this protocol together and make a plan on how to integrate practices into your life. I offer this at a sliding scale of $150-220 with a $50 credit towards herbal medicine.

My Latest Blog:

Perimenopause is the period of time (around 10 years) during which one's ovaries wind down their production of estrogen. Menopause is defined as when one has not had a menstrual cycle for one full year.   The reduction of estrogen results in a ton of changes.  There are the ones most of us will have heard about - hot flashes and night sweats, changes in menstruation, brain fog, emotional ups and down, and dryness of skin and vaginal tissue.  There are other patterns that until recently I had no idea had a relationship to estrogen - blood sugar spikes, increased cholesterol, raising of blood pressure.
